1. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial construction services including (but not limited to) roofing, roof repairs, roof coatings, roof replacement, window installation and replacement, and gutter cleaning/installation services in New York City.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates are free and based on the initial consultation and property inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on scope changes or additional unforeseen issues discovered during the project. Written approval is required before work begins.

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. NY Local Builders is not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the proposal and agreement. A deposit may be required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

We guarantee excellent workmanship. Specific warranties vary by service type and will be included in your agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

6. Permits and Regulations

It is the responsibility of NY Local Builders to acquire the necessary permits for most projects. However, clients may be required to assist with access or documentation when needed. All work complies with NYC building codes and safety regulations.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel services prior to the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials ordered or work already completed. Refund policies will be stated in the signed agreement.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, grant site access during agreed hours, and ensure the work area is free from personal items or obstructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

NY Local Builders is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.
